Steve was a very helpful attorney and he's really funny too! He will make your home buying process so much easier and he is also an excellent person to learn more about home buying and has extensive amount of knowledge. I highly recommend Steve for any real-estate purchasing expertise.

Steve and I met by pure luck. My bank used him as their closing attorney and to make things easier I decided to use him also. That decision was the best I ever made! I received a referral to attorney Steven Bloom's office through the auto body shop that received my damaged vehicle. Hiring Attorney Bloom was the best decision I made. He invited me into his office to get a full run down of my accident, fill out paper work and receive knowledge of the work he does to assure that hiring him was the decision I wanted to make. Attorney Blood assured I understand everything before signing papers. All medical release forms were pre signed for a timely response and all updated information was provided to me right away. Steven was a great lawyer and very helpful. I had a problem after I bought my condo and my title insurance claims that it was not there problem. Steven did great work in fixing my problem and getting the title insurance to fix the problem. He had to hold their hands to make sure it was done right. I was refer to him by a family member. And I would definitely recommend/refer to others!

Steve, is my go to attorney for all legal issues in real estate title problems, city documents, and trust reviews. He is great with clients and informing every party involved of all issues they may arrive in a timely manner. He takes on completing task that other attorneys should do to get the client the best outcome. He has been instrumental in aiding cities and towns with many of the documents they have prepared that have needed corrections. Fantastic attorney!!!

Steve handled everything with the purchase of our first home, and I was so impressed I later asked him to do our will/power of attorney/health directives. He didn't disappoint! We were in need of advice later on but didn't have much financial capacity at the time, but Steve acted more like a friend than an attorney and helped anyway.
