I am a real estate agent and have worked with Attorney Liss many times. He is responsive, his attention to detail and timelines is extraordinary. Bottom line, he does an excellent job, actually comes to the phone to speak with his clients, has great staff to back him up. I have seen him in situations that were extremely volatile and he maintains his composure and calms everyone down so that everyone could get to the closing table and complete the transaction.
