I needed legal advice for a personal matter and Ariana was quick to provide a solution. She was timely, responsive, and professional throughout and really made for a very positive experience. Her friendly personality and genuine concern for my needs helped me feel at ease and confident. I would recommend her services!

All she did was call the courthouse for me once and file one form following up on a case that was prepared by another lawyer, putting my immigration status in jeopardy by delaying my case by over a month. I ended up having to call the courthouse and track my case myself. After a half dozen emails went ignored, I had to file a complaint with the Massachusetts bar before she would even give me a receipt describing how my retainer was used. Most of the charges were ludicrous - as mentioned, she filed one form on my behalf, single-sided which only required my signature to be completed. I filed another complaint with the Massachusetts bar and while they agreed with me in principle, they said they weren't willing to pull her license over such a small retainer and my only recourse was to sue her. I was certainly taken for a ride and I'd caution anyone else thinking about hiring her.

Very detailed, very thorough in his help and insight regarding my questions. Quick turnaround time. Knew the answer to every question that I had that arose from our meetings, and I had a lot. Exactly what you'd need in an employment lawyer.

I accompanied my nephew to his first in-person meeting with Emily Amara, and I must say, her approach and interaction with her clients and their cases is so unique and admirable. She was so flexible in working with us to find a day and time that was convenient for us, as well as an office space that was closer to our residence.
