There's a reason people who look and act the part, like Nick, aren't downtown. From being in the wrong courtroom to ineffective plea negotiations, to representing a party AGAINST me after he represented me, to mailing confidential info to the wrong party......twice - this guy continues to leave you shaking your head. I an so loyal that i tried to prop him up and sold him a couple boxes for face to the Red Sox-Yankees and all he did was complain about the traffic and parking. That should be a crime, right there.
