In 2021, Ellen Sullivan came to us recommended, but our experience working with her law firm was subpar considering the cost of the service compared to the quality of the service. Basic mistakes were made when copying our information into the forms that we had to correct upon reviewing and signing our documents, internal miscommunications led to delays... 1 month was lost waiting because someone in the firm supposedly forgot to send our reply to the USCIS when there was a request for initial evidence... Going into the process, my husband and I had high expectations in terms of the level of professionalism we would be met with, but in the end, we regret working with a legal representative, as it felt like a huge waste of our already very limited resources, and not such a complicated process after all. This year, we saved ourselves the expense and did it ourselves.

Ellen is fantastic, I would refer her in a heartbeat. I had a bad experience in US customs and felt completely trapped I was so stressed and did not know what to do.
