Ellen is the best immigration attorney, I arrived at her office in February of last year with a denied case and waiting for a deportation letter and just yesterday she gave me the news that my green card was approved and that in a few days I will receive it. Our son got a speeding ticket (Junior Operator License). When he came home he told me that he wasn't speeding. I thought we should just pay the ticket not realizing that he would lose his license for 90 days, have to take several classes including a road rage class (ridiculous) and then wait an extended period of time before he could sit for the license exam and take the driver's test again! Turning 18 would not make all this go away. The penalties were draconian. I found Attorney Ryan Caselden on-line and we are so happy that we retained him. He knew exactly what to do. He kept us informed every step of the way. He has a wonderful demeanor and returned our phone calls instantly. I have no doubt that his skill and incredible knowledge of the DMV and the court system helped us fight the infraction. I highly recommend him.

I started my husband’s case in August 2018 by myself. The process with the NVC was taking longer and longer. In February 2021, with no hope left, I contacted Ellen’s office. My husband’s case was stuck with the NVC since October 2019, but Ellen’s knowledge and help solved the case within two months and My husband entered the US a week ago.
