They provide excellent service and super knowledgeable and experienced in helping me gain my rights & privilege of shared legal and physical custody of my children being a single father. Lauren and her team were patient, listened, care for mine and my children's best interest and answered all of my questions. Excellent in communication and the results exceeded my expectations. Julia Aversa and Elizabeth Chernus were the associate attorneys that were assisting Lauren in helping me and they were excellent as well! I unfortunately needed recent representation for a 2015 divorce, due to my X not acting appropriately, especially regarding our young children. I fortunately came across Lauren Popovitch LLC when searching for a attorney. Leaving all(or most) of the personal details out of this review, I’d like to pass on to anyone reading my review to know some facts about Lauren and her firm. I received a call back from Lauren immediately. Time being of the essence, I was offered an immediate meeting(the next morning). The 2 and a half year ordeal that the legal system put my and my children through was not a fun ride. Lauren and her staff(all of them, all of the time) were incredibly accommodating as well as empathetic to my situation. Lauren was spot on with every single move(or decision), she’s an excellent listener with an unbelievable memory for facts and law. Lauren was pleasant and respectful to everyone involved, but a pit-bull(no offense to anyone or pit-bull lovers(especially you Lauren) when it came to my rights as a client and father or the best interest of my children. Lauren would NOT allow the courts, my X-wife or her attorney to manhandle or even TRY to play the system. My children were her top priority! She was very successful in this long drawn out case. It was emotionally draining. Lauren and her staff gave me the support, time, patience and attention required to make me feel as if I was their only client. I couldn’t be happier about how I was treated as a client and a human being. I thank God for guiding me and making the right decision in hiring Lauren to represent me. I don’t typically write reviews, but trying to pass on whatever I could in regards to her talents is a pleasure. The best decision I made when starting my divorce process was hiring Lauren. From the very first meeting, I knew she was very intelligent, fearless and would do everything within her power to fight for me. I was in a state of shock at the beginning of the process, and Lauren talked me through every step and explained clearly what was happening. Not only was she always prepared, but she prepared me throughout the whole process so that I felt empowered. It is so easy to become overwhelmed and intimidated by the opposing side and the legal system and Lauren really removed a lot of that by being so thorough with her communication. She gave me the confidence to sit through two depositions and ultimately a trial. I was recommended to Liz by a friend for a divorce I was going through, and as the title says, I cannot say enough good things. My ex's lawyer was leveling some pretty high level nonsense against me that could have made my case turn out very poorly. Liz did an absolutely amazing job of handling my case. She obtained a settlement much better than I would have obtained otherwise and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. She is very easy to work with, is professional, and is also caring. She is not just a "professional attorney," but she understands the personal side of things as well and is caring. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. My ex's attorney was charging double what Liz was, but Liz out lawyered him hands down. She is extremely competent, professional, and is always on your side. Her rates are reasonable, and she is a true professional and always there to help. Again, I cannot say enough good things. It is a no-brainer to hire her.

Lauren Popovitch will take the time to hear your full story, she doesn't yes you to death and give you unrealistic expectations, she listens and then tells you exactly what her strategy is and how we are going to execute it to get a favorable outcome. She is with you every step of the way, she does the research, she comes well prepared for court and she will be extremely blunt with you when she has to be. Her firm is also client focused and ready to explain things when I had questions along the way. Let's face it, no one ever thinks their marriage will end in divorce, I sure didn't. However, when it happened, I did my research and called many attorneys. When I was ready to divorce, Lauren was my first choice and she hit the ground prepared and ready to advocate for and defend me. I recommend Popovitch Law all the time to people who ask me (and sometimes people who don't). I always say, Lauren and her firm are the ones you need in your corner.
