We hired Ms. Kaplan to put together a will for us. The process was relatively painless and straightforward. We met via Zoom several times, then held the final signing at our home. Ms. Kaplan answered our various "what it" questions and provided helpful guidance on how to think through some of the more complicated scenarios. Final documents were provided on paper in a labeled, organized binder as well as digital copies.

It was very easy to work with Alexis- from zoom meetings and her coming to our house to sign and drop off documents, we had very little work to do on our end. She helped a lot with all of our questions and concerns. Thank you!!

Unfortunately we lost our mother who died without a will. After tying to do the probate process ourselves to get our family home, we found it to difficult to do. We searched and talked to many lawyers and found most unworkable for us. As luck would have it MS Kaplan was recommend to us. She took our case and in a short period of time our family home was ours. I contacted Alexis for a consultation as the executor of an estate. She was professional, very knowledgeable, but also friendly and easy to talk with. She answered all my questions and then some. If I find myself needing to hire a lawyer before this estate business is complete, I would not hesitate to hire Alexis.

Very professional and helpful! Would 100% recommend. Although due to covid and the court system there wasn't much that could be done, she gave advice on how to complete and get filings done. Would probably be different had courts be open/allow electronic signatures and not be backed up die to covid. But still was helpful and kind. Most attorneys didn't even get back to me so it was very helpful and nice. Good resources.
