Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of their team members, Travis Jackson. For over a month, I made numerous calls to follow up on my case, and each time, the secretary assured me that the lawyer would call me back the next day. That call never came. Even after I asked for clarity—stating that if they were too busy to take the case, I could seek help elsewhere—I still received no response.
To make matters worse, I was sent a bill for over $5,000, despite not winning the case. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.

Absolutely the best bankruptcy lawyer I could have chose. After 2020 loss of a business with credit card debt growing, I had to chose bankruptcy, I was so nervous about doing this and Daigle Law took all that fear away reassurance that everything would be ok. 3 months after discharge, I have now been able to purchase a car, new credit card and a almost 700 credit score. As much as I did not want to file bankruptcy, it was the best thing I could have done.
