Don't return calls, then charge you to listen to voicemails!they met with and spoke to the other attorney and I had no idea why or what for?,and still dont!was charged a flat rate for some agreed upon services, then got an additional bill out of the blue for phone calls, and meetings with opposing party's attorney, and even to listen to voicemail totalling another $1500 dollars, and I had no idea any of that was even happening!....poor communication!have no idea what's going on with my case!
