Lack of communication. I can see why these people are upset. We got the free consultation via OTR and instead of using a keyboard and saying sorry we can't take your case you simply click next after forcing use to buy copies of our driving record Let me clarify I was never a client at your firm

Got matched with Jason Campbell on OffTheRecord for a speeding ticket. I introduced myself and asked a question. He didn't answer my question and asked how my driving record was. I answered. About 30 minutes later, I checked the site only to find it was reassigning the case. Judging by other reviews, I'm not the only one with this experience. I understand you have lots of clients, but a simple courtesy of "Hey sorry, we can't take on this case because ______." isn't that time consuming.

I booked a ticket with off the record for going 40 in a 30, and I guess that was too difficult for these lawyers to fight, so they just cancelled and refunded me without any messaging back and fourth, I wasn’t even given a reason why they couldn’t fight the ticket for me, they just cancelled without a word
