I was the subject of a wrongful foreclosure action; a clear violation of statute by the bank. I filed a pro se Complaint in an attempt to stop the foreclosure, but when the bank proceeded with the foreclosure, I engaged Attorney Sherwin to represent me in the ensuing litigation. Attorney Sherwin's experience in this area was instantly a value-add: he already had a working relationship with the bank's attorney and was able to bring my matter to a swift (albeit COVID-delayed) settlement, in which the foreclosure was rescinded. Attorney Sherwin worked so efficiently over the course of the approx. two years of litigation, that I had left-over retainer which I used to pay my first mortgage payment after the settlement! I would highly recommend Adam Sherwin as an excellent foreclosure defense lawyer.

Great Attorney. Very prompt, always kept me posted of updates. Remained very patient with my queries/concerns. After endless efforts of trying to get my deposit back and disappointments from my Landlord, I sought Adam's help. I moved to Seattle from Boston and never even had to visit back for my case. Adam Sherwin defended me at the appellate court level in an attempted home foreclosure case, with the result that the bank offered an acceptable deal, allowing me to keep my home. He did so with consummate professionalism, thoroughness and competence in a field of law in which many attorneys practice with insufficient competence. Adam took my case after another attorney had done a mediocre or worse job in the trial court, and Adam's defense at the appellate level apparently impressed the bank's attorneys much more than the previous attorney had in the trial court. Adam was also exceptionally courteous and patient, and was a pleasure to deal with. He has unusually good people skills, and a great communications style, and this undoubtedly gives an extra edge in dealing with opposing lawyers and judges.
