We got sued for adverse possession and easement rights on or lake property. Adam took the case 4 years ago. Just before the pretrial he bailed out. We now have to find a replacement in a very short time and for an extremely high cost. He left us in a very bad situation. I don't believe he felt comfortable about litigation. His specialty seems to be land lord/ tenant issues. I believe he was out of his league taking our case.

(Which is hard to find a great one) Our case was an absolute nightmare not only for us to find an attorney who would want to deal with our case, but also for us to work with one who was capable of dealing with let’s just say a tenant who was a master of manipulation both personally as well as with the court. I had a great experience using this law firm to represent me in a nasty 8 year divorce. They took over for previous attorney after 7 years in. Jill McDonald was my attorney to take this and close it out. She fought for me and got things done that had taken years to finish. Peter the owner even came out to meet me and go over his thoughts and cared about the details. I would highly recommend this law firm and Jill who was on top of everything, she always answers the phone.
