I was referred to Janine to represent me in my divorce case. Although this was the first time dealing with a divorce, I had the ability to consult with numerous people regarding their experiences during their divorces, and they all agreed she was the exact counsel you want to have on your team for a divorce after me filling them in on what Janine told/taught me! Janine is well-versed and extremely experienced, not only in the laws and processes, but also with courts and judges of Massachusetts. She knows very well how to gauge your individual situation, provide options and possible outcomes. If you ever have the need and a chance to hire Janine, do so quickly, as I cannot believe that you can ever find a better attorney to get you want you want and more in your divorce settlement.

Spectacular!! Janine covered EVERY aspect of my divorce. She was extremely attentive to what I had to say. I took her advice every step of the way, and she never misled me. Janine has helped me so much with a doozy of a custody case, effectively handling a very difficult ex and cleaning up some mistakes I’ve made along the way. She will not sugar coat, has a good sense of what will fly in court, she is fair with billing, and she is the right blend of aggressive but still able to listen (hard to find). My ex presents fairly reasonably and hides the nastiness quite well, so it’s always a challenge to get people to see/understand what I’m dealing with (and that I’m not exaggerating or overreacting.) I have to say, Janine probably thought I was crazy at first but caught on quickly to his difficult-ness. I am so grateful!
