I called and spoke with a few lawyers the same day that I received my citations and I ultimately decided to meet with Shane Goudas as he was able to meet with me only an hour after the call on a Friday night. Where others only wanted to speak for around 10 minutes over the phone as a consultation, Shane blocked out an hour for us to speak in person and go over the events. After consulting with him, I was impressed by his knowledge, care, and attention to detail and decided to go with him. I did not need to go to trial as the matter was resolved favorably and far better than expected thanks to him. My several citations were reduced down to only one of the smaller ones. Bowser Law was a perfect choice in defending me with an out of state DUI in NH. Attorney Mike Bowser explained the whole process throughout. Appeared in court with me and got charges lowered. To start, you should know that I am a lawyer myself. I was charged with an OUI 3rd in MA, which is a felony, and was a threat to my law license. Mike was able to vacate my second conviction, which dropped my third case to a misdemeanor. He negotiated a CWOF for my Negligent Operation charge (lawyers out there will know how great that is) and tried my case in an amazing fashion. He was unbelievable in court -- both on cross and in opening/closing statements. A Not Guilty verdict was returned within half an hour, despite the testimony of 3 police officers. Mike is awesome and I wouldn't recommend anyone else, especially if you are a professional worried about your job. Attorney Bowser was incredible. I was charged with an OUI-Refusal in Maine, and was at risk of losing my CDL. He was extremely knowledgeable and prepared. Hired him for an OUI in Maine where they found Adderall in vehicle as well! Hired him and he got the charges knocked down to just a fine and then after it was over he told me I overpaid him and refunded me a portion of money!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
