My family made an agreement w Jeff in 1996 or thereabouts. It's been a VERY long 12 years. Mom now has dementia. Scores of emergency room visits, nurses, and hundreds of calls to Jeff: he answered every one of them! Oh, and by the way, he must have saved us at least a few hundred grand. Mom is now full time in nursing home. It was not easy for me and brought me to the brink of a breakdown. But I followed most every word of advice from Jeff. The house brings to my brother and I to split when (if-lol) mom dies.
