Allen is a fabulous attorney and a nice person. Over the years he saved me 10's of thousand's of dollars in dealing with registry in real estate issues. In one case I had buyer's remorse on a piece of property and Allen was able to get my 10k deposit back with no problem. I also referred him to several friends to handle complicated real estate issues and they were all very grateful for the referral and how Allen solved their problem.
