He always kept me in formed and up to date with what he was doing and how my case was developing. The article outlines the negative side of transferring personal assets into an irrevocable trust and suggests more favorable alternatives to estate and long-term care planning. It is thinking "outside the box" that piqued my interest to set up a meeting. After providing detailed information about our current financial situation, Suzanne closed all of the gaps in our current program. We now have an asset protection plan that is uncomplicated, easy to manage and includes the flexibility if changes are warranted. I also need to mention the firm's support staff who professionally assisted every step of the way. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to create a plan to protect their assets from long-term care.
