Kristin is very personable, professional and has great listening skills and empathy. She advised me in a way that eased the stress I was feeling. I was advised of the likely outcome best and worst case scenarios based on her experience, she outlined what action she would take in either situation. My case was time sensitive and Kristin worked diligently within the constraints. I had access to her anytime I had a question and I was updated as to the progress. In Court she was professional and comforting, explaining to me the procedures and conversations she was having with the Prosecutor. I was very happy with the outcome, it was as she predicted in best case scenario. Kristin sent me the forms I needed to have the arrest annulled. I was extremely satisfied with the experience and recommend her to anyone needing a consult or representation.

Kristen has performed the impossible as far as I am concerned. She is very Professional and know her business well. I went through a6 man jury trial and had a hung jury, only to be found guilty on all charges on a retrial. Kristen was appointed to me following this as my appelate Attorney. This was a very long process, but we WON!!! Kristen changed my future and gave me hope again in my life. AWESOME JOB!!!

Kristin Weberg is a professional, talented and kindhearted attorney whose abilities saved my close friend from 9+ years of "mandatory sentencing guideline" imprisonment. My friend was found with guns in his dorm room that he brought from Texas (Texas-sized guns). We needed someone to help him through the court system, especially after he had fully cooperated with his investigation and his time was all but guaranteed. I interviewed multiple attorneys, and came across Kristin. Kristin helped reverse my friends "dangerousness" decree and had him bailed with zero deposit. Kristin immediately helped un-impound my friend's motorcycles, so they could stop accumulating fees and I could take them off the tow lot. Kristin understood that community engagement from our school would be important: Kristin and I coordinated 20-40 people per trial date, she solicited student support letters and more, all of which moved the court to greatly reduce my friend's sentencing. Kristin has also continued to communicate with our university to delay administrative punishment until well after the trial, when my friend will be able to represent himself with a clear mind. Thanks to Kristin, with good time my friend could be free in approximately one year with no felonies, down from 9+ of mandatory sentencing with multiple felonies. Personally I found Kristin extraordinarily kind and professional. She was able to achieve a plea bargain against a prosecutor who seemed uncommonly difficult to negotiate with, and help save my friend's life from going completely off the rails after his stupid mistake. I highly recommend Kristin Weberg to anyone looking for a defense attorney. Best, Alex

I honestly can't say enough about Kristin. She is a very dedicated and knowledgeable attorney. One of the best I have ever worked with, she exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Her staff, is extremely courteous and helpful, the entire practice is truly professional . She is a phenomenal attorney, who always gets back to you, when you call, and she excludes warmth and kindness. She certainly is "A breath of fresh air"!!!

As a defense attorney, Attorney Weberg is exactly what you want on your side and in your corner: somebody who is thoughtful and experienced with the system but also genuinely cares about their clients from a deeper principled standpoint. She brings her A-game to the table, a professional for whom the work is not just a job. It's hard to convey just how important this is if you are not familiar with the inside of a court room: interacting with our criminal justice system can feel like being faced with a dispassionate uncaring brick wall, with bored court reporters, a prosecutor with her own career considerations who won't put her phone down and stop texting people from the courtroom, and bailiffs making laughing comments to each other as we all wait for the judge who is off doing something, and all the meanwhile the giant system is grinding along toward potentially doing something painful for someone you care about. In that context, when faced with an enormous unfamiliar system that is designed to dispense justice dispassionately and disinterestedly from behind a bored blindfold, what you need is a professional in your corner to help you navigate, someone who thoroughly understands the system backwards and forwards and who also cares about your best interest and wellbeing as a person. Attorney Weberg is that person, and her job feels incredibly challenging. The rule of law is imperfect and is also designed to remove opportunities for personal connection that might bias a decision. Feeling that from the inside can feel like getting sucked into the gears of a giant ticking watch, and her role is to speak truth as a thoughtful person of principle to a giant bored grinding imperfect system, and articulate to that system in ways it understands that you or someone you care about has made a mistake, but is still a person at the end of the day. It's a rare breed of person who can do that day after day and year after year for thousands of people and amass the experience needed to be a useful advocate without growing cynical and jaded, and yet Attorney Weberg has done just that. Hopefully we will never need her practice again, but if we do she is the one we will be contacting.

Hi, We hired Mrs.Weberg to deal with legal issue with our problem tenant. She did an excellent job on listening to our concerns and negotiated with other attorney and provide right recommendations to solve the issue. We didn't go to court due to Mrs.Weberg's through analysis and legal work. Thanks RV

A close friend was involved in a criminal case, Never before had I gone through that experience as of what steps had to be taken, or how was the process. Kristin worked on his case very hard and is a great resource, her communication is 100% explains the pros and cons. I admire alot of things about Kristin and the work she provides but one that stands out about her is the time she takes to answer questions, return calls she goes beyond. It is always a pleasure reaching out to her in difficult moments she's very confident, if she doesn't have the answer at the moment she searches for it and gets back with an answer. She provides a positive and calming environment. I honestly recommend her to anyone that is going through a rough situation she will always be there and work with you. Kristin is definetly the BEST, shes an amazing person. I thank her for everything she has done.

I oversee my disabled brother's affairs from 1500 miles away. Due to his illness, his car insurance was cancelled. He was rear ended-- not his fault, but the police impounded his car because the policy was cancelled. This was an honest error. After the car was re-registered and proof of insurance was provided in less than 20 minutes, we thought this was the end of it. Instead, he received a summons to appear in District Court, as driving without insurance is a criminal offense. After a long morning of trying to connect to the right person, I was referred to Kristin. She spoke with me the first time I called. Within minutes, I was very comfortable and committed to hiring her, after my brother met her in person. She had hoped to avoid a court appearance, but was not able. Prior to the court date- including the Sunday before the hearing, she kept in touch with me. The case ultimately was dismissed, but the relief I felt, knowing my brother was not alone in the court room, was tremendous. Without hesitation, I would use Kristin's services again and recommend highly. Thank you so much!!
