I worked with Jim when I was setting up a small company. He helped me decide the best legal structure for the business, drafted and filed all the documents and provided a great reference for an accountant. Jim was responsive and extremely helpful from our first discussion through the closing paperwork which he delivered to me in person! I couldn't have been more satisfied with Jim's professionalism and knowledge of various business structures and appreciated the time he took to discuss and understand which was best for me.
