Colleen Garry is no doubt a very talented, experienced, intelligent and hard working lawyer - one of the best. However, she is at capacity right now for legal cases. She is a solo practitioner without a paralegal and she does her law practice as a part timer, as her State Representative Duties is her full time job. It would not be fair to her current clients, or those who are looking for legal representation, for her to take on new cases. There are plenty of attorneys out there who will take any case you all may have, providing you have the funds to pay their fees. Good luck and God Speed as you all look elsewhere for legal help.

Colleen helped me with a two difficult cases over the last five years, regarding emancipation of my college-age children and subsequent (contested) termination of child support. It was a long process but things turned-out pretty well overall. She definitely tries to be fair and gave me an honest assessment of my case(s), but also fought hard for me when it was needed. It was nice to feel like I had someone on my side during these stressful times.

Colleen represented me though my divorce proceedings. She was caring, compassionate and thorough. Colleen's tenacious disposition and attention to detail are great strengths. She ensured the best case was presented to probate and left no aspect of the proceeding unconsidered. Colleen went above and beyond to ensure we had the needed support documents/case references for the best possible outcome.

In addition to being an intelligent, caring person, Attorney Colleen Garry is the most fair, reasonably priced lawyer around! She took care of my will, power of attorney, etc. for half the price of all the other lawyers around the area. She met with me at a time convenient to me...on a weekend! She explained things to me in terms I could understand and kept me informed of what she would do with my records. I will definitely use her for any of my legal needs in the future and have recommended her to all my friends!
