Excellent lawyer I have used him and several of my friends have he is absolutely brilliant

I am more than impressed with the results that Roland Milliard got for me. I was dealing with a contractor that was not responsive to my communications regarding issues with the job he was contracted for. I had contacted the contractor on numerous occasions with no response. I contacted Roland on a and he responded immediately. We discussed what I needed to provide him so that he could serve the contractor with a demand letter. Roland had the demand letter in the mail the next day. Within 2 weeks I had my settlement check in hand. If it wasn't for Roland I would have received zero compensation from the contractor. I would not hesitate to retain Rolands services again in fact he is now on speed dial. Rolands services far exceeded my expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Attorney Milliard has handled a number of my personal and professional matters over the last decade and I couldn't be happier. The peace of mind is worth every penny and his professional approach is fantastic. Roland never dragged out cases or ran up bills so I'd recommend him to anyone who wants a good, professional lawyer.

He is great at what he does. I was very stressed and scared how this would turn out. I was likely facing 3 year license suspension and 2 week in patient. He met with me and explain everything that could happen. I was found not guilty and my license was reinstated. I would definitely recommend Attorney Milliard. Also, from my arrest date to my not guilty verdict only took 4 months. I was very pleased.

Was represented by Atty Roland Milliard in court just before the turn of the century and, before that, confided with him on about a half dozen sensitive issues under his advertised Free Initial Consultation. About a decade or so later, Milliard represented a client who sued me in court. I was never contacted ahead of time by Milliard on my permission for him to represent an individual to sue me, as is prescribed by the Conflict of Interest rules governing Massachusetts lawyers. Would YOU want to confide YOUR personal information with a lawyer who'd someday stab you in the back under the guise of "semantics"? Or perhaps, a bigger financial opportunity for himself? But please don't just take my word for it -- why not go on Google and investigate Atty. Milliard's "reputation" for yourself BEFORE you agree to give him several thousand dollars on a retainer fee to something fairly expensive like a Divorce, Driving Under the Influence, civil suit, etc? SPOILER ALERT: As you'll soon find out within the first couple pages on your Google search of this guy, Atty. Milliard has a rather dismal record in high profile cases -- and that includes his own personal DUI (or OUI) situation back in '99. More than anything else that you'd expect from hiring an attorney -- Wouldn't Confidentiality and Winning be at the absolute top of the list? Especially when you're paying this "professional" somewhere in the range of $200-$300 per hour to represent you? With that said, why the heck would anyone want to be represented by Atty. Roland Milliard in court when there are so many more good quality lawyers available in just about any given community. I appropriately would've given Atty. Milliard ZERO stars for a rating here, but unfortunately, this forum doesn't go that low. Buyer Beware -- STAY AWAY from Atty. Roland Milliard!!!

Attorney Milliard met with me promptly to discuss my case with care and thought whilst being professional and very thorough. His knowledge of Massachusetts Laws is outstanding and he stays very current with ever changing laws. He went on to have 5 of the 7 charges against me found not guilty on a bench trial. He doesn't always keep in contact as you would expect and may not always be on time , but he will try everything he can to help during trial, he tells you what will most likely happen even if it's not what you want to hear and in our case he got us the end result we wanted. Id recommend him to others.

I hired Attorney Milliard for my son. He was dependable, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. I always felt he had my son's best interest at heart and that he got the best deal possible for him. I hope that we never have a situation that we need a criminal defense lawyer again. But, if we do, I would hire him without hesitation.
