I am more than impressed with the results that Roland Milliard got for me. I was dealing with a contractor that was not responsive to my communications regarding issues with the job he was contracted for. I had contacted the contractor on numerous occasions with no response. I contacted Roland on a and he responded immediately. We discussed what I needed to provide him so that he could serve the contractor with a demand letter. Roland had the demand letter in the mail the next day. Within 2 weeks I had my settlement check in hand. If it wasn't for Roland I would have received zero compensation from the contractor. I would not hesitate to retain Rolands services again in fact he is now on speed dial. Rolands services far exceeded my expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

He is great at what he does. I was very stressed and scared how this would turn out. I was likely facing 3 year license suspension and 2 week in patient. He doesn't always keep in contact as you would expect and may not always be on time , but he will try everything he can to help during trial, he tells you what will most likely happen even if it's not what you want to hear and in our case he got us the end result we wanted.
