It's taken me a while to write this review because I am certain that my words won't accurately describe how grateful I am to have worked with John DiBartolo. In the scheme of things, I know my case was not a large one but the amount of work and energy he put into it was extensive and exhaustive all the same. He is intelligent, compassionate and straightforward - he tells it like it is - and was able to articulate the complexities of insurance companies and the law in a way that I could comprehend. I felt totally confident knowing he looked at my case from every possible angle and he truly went above and beyond to fight for what I deserved. I also really appreciate the time he spent prepping me for trial and making me feel as comfortable as possible. I would unhesitatingly recommend the services of Attorney John DiBartolo. In December 2014 my husband and I were rear-ended waiting to exit the Mass Pike, and within hours I experienced agonizing pain in my head, dizziness and nausea. I was diagnosed with a concussion and thus began a period of many months of terrible pain, dizziness, aversion to light and noise. For a long time I could not drive, travel, could not even go for a walk by myself; my sleep was interrupted throughout the night because of pain; in every way my quality of life was in steep decline. As a self-employed consultant, I suffered terrible stress working to keep my business afloat while dealing with pain, incapacity and numerous doctor’s visits and physical therapy. From our initial meeting, Attorney DiBartolo impressed us as being extremely knowledgeable, professional and also kind and compassionate. He explained clearly the foreign world of litigation and it was a great relief to work with a lawyer who was supremely competent, who could file all the necessary papers, deal with the insurance companies and all the hurdles they seem to create, keep track for us of all the doctor’s bills and other costs which the insurance company was supposed to cover. He was always available to advise us, got back to us immediately to answer any questions, and he met all the necessary deadlines to pursue our case. I felt tremendous comfort and ease in the midst of all this turmoil knowing John was taking care of everything perfectly. In the end when the case would have gone to trial he was expert in explaining to us what that process would be and we had complete confidence in his abilities should we have decided to go to trial; it was our decision though not to prolong the process any further and we were quite satisfied with the settlement he negotiated on our behalf.

John P. DiBartolo Jr. is the most efficient and nicest lawyer I have ever met. When he heard about my case from a former lawyer that doesn't do personal injury cases he immediately took it with confidence and compassion. He was very understanding of my situation. He fought like hell to help me get what I deserved. Most people worry about "ohh well how much of the cut does the lawyer get for helping me?" Let me tell you its a good amount for all the hard work he puts into the case and to help you fight when you're at your weakest point. He is the guy to pick to fight for you when you've become a victim and can't carry on doing everyday things that you used to be able to do. I was a victim to a bad accident where I should have died and had nightmares of the accident and where I am living everyday in pain and suffering, but I feel better knowing that the person who did this to me had to pay for the damages and the suffering. If you are looking for the best you can find, John DiBartolo is your man. Bottom line? He got our son a great settlement, one he is happy with. But even better, he is a very smart, kind, and conscientious lawyer who communicates in an articulate, clear manner. If we didn't understand something in the case, he made sure we did. I chose the law offices of John P. DiBartolo, Jr. because they focused solely on personal injury cases and I figured this would yield me the most knowledgeable resource in dealing with the defendant's insurance company. I was not wrong; Attorney DiBartolo, Jr. was extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all of the recent changes in this field of law, changes to the jury selection process, and recent precedents in similar cases. He had an impressive track record of getting the best possible outcome for his previous clients and was adept and experienced at dealing with the insurance company involved. However, what really made me happy with my attorney selection was the personal attention that he gave to me and my case (and I have no doubt similar attention was received by all of his clients). Attorney DiBartolo Jr. took the extra time to explain all of the proceedings, delays, strategies, and potential outcomes of proceeding to trial vs. accepting a settlement offer. I felt comfortable asking any and all questions, and confident throughout the process that he was working for my best possible outcome, which I am satisfied that he delivered. Alone on a research trip in Massachusetts when I was involved as a pedestrian in a serious RTA, I could not have been more fortunate in the aftermath than to have been put in touch with Attorney DiBartolo.
