I used Legacy Councillors, specifically Michael Gove and Michael Pabon, as closing attorneys for the sale of my property in Chicopee. I have 5 properties between MA and WA, and have never worked with a closing office half as bad as this one. I received almost no communication from this dynamic duo Mike and Mike throughout the process of selling this property, the communication that I did experience was unprofessional at best, offensive at worst. To compound the communication issue, they displayed a lack of competency in three separate events during the closing process, leaving me to correct them myself, two of which I only found out about AFTER closing, costing me hundreds of dollars. I don't know about the rest of the office, but I recommend avoiding Mike Gove and Pabon if you want a shot at a pleasant experience.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet with Atty Gove. He is a true professional and makes you feel at ease and welcome. He is a good listener and answers all of your questions and addresses your concerns. There is a real feeling of satisfaction as you leave. This office deserves to be preferred. Thank you Michael!

I worked with Attorney Mike Gove and Miranda Goncalves in the Ludlow office. This is my second time working with Mike and my first time working with Miranda. They were both wonderful to work with, were responsive and attentive to my real estate matter- I always feel like I am in good hands with them.
