Bill was hired by me to represent me in a case against my ex husband. Not only did I win the case and got everything I wanted but he’s staff is absolutely the best too. Between him and he’s assistant Nina , I honestly never ever had a single question or concern that was not explained to me in simple terms. They always made me feel at ease . I’ve never been in court nor in trouble with the law. This was a custody situation and I had no idea what to do , what to expect, or even what to do with myself once in court. Bill went over step by step with me multiple times and Nina did all that needed to be done in a way it was as stress free as possible to me. Atty Farias and his assistant Nina were extremely helpful throughout my latest probate issues. They were very helpful, informative, and considerate. Both were always dependable in that whenever I had a question or issue arise I could text, call, or email and know I would get an immediate response or one soon thereafter from one of them. Nina is a great asset in that office. If I had anything negative to say it would have to do with gaining access a couple of times to emailed forms but that had nothing to do with the office and more to do with operator error and the program compatibility of computers I used.

After my initially self-completed divorce documents were sent back by a judge, I found Bill during an online search and did some research on him; every place I found recommended him highly, so I took the step of asking him to review my documents. We spoke at length about all of my concerns and paperwork, and his review and recommendations were well thought-out and complete.
