Casey was prompt courteous and aggressive Got my divorce settled and my life back in order

I hired Casey to help me with my custody case. I was so nervous with it being it was my first time in court. He was so efficient and helpful and very patient and answered every question I had. I was very happy with the outcome and would definitely hire him in the future.

I highly recommend Wilfred C Driscoll jr law firm. Casey Karabin did a great job in getting my property, some of my family and my sanity back. He was on top of everything, he knew exactly what to do and say. I will forever be thankful for him being prompt, and his kindness. He’s definitely a great lawyer and, my experience with him was straight forward and honest.

I had the most amazing experience with Casey! Going into this I was extremely nervous due to never dealing with court of any sort but Casey quickly assured me that I would have nothing to worry about and he was there every step of the way, every question, every worry! Casey not only got me everything I needed/wanted in my agreement but he also helped me & my child’s father see clearer and get along better than ever! I Hired Casey to help me with a custody case. On our first court appearance for a restraining order this guy made a comment about my Ex on how good she looked I knew right there his lack of professionalism wouldn’t help me with my case. Make sure you ask questions about how much he is charging you for and for what. Waste of 1900. $250 for a 10 min conversation. I was never on the phone with this guy for more than 5 to 10 minutes and what he charge me was ridiculous when I went to go try to get my retainer there was only $175.

Mr. Wilfred has created not only an outstanding law firm, but a supportive community that feels like a family during what may sometimes feel like the most gut-wrenching, heart-breaking part of your life. Divorce is never easy, but Mr. Wilfred and the entire staff at the Firm make it just a little easier with their unfailing support, loving warmth and kindness, not to mention their acute legal skills and mental toughness like no other law firm in Fall River. You will be in the most excellent care with them. I am forever grateful.

I am very happy with this entire office. I have had to use them on a guardian case and a divorce. The girls in the office were very helpful and knowledgeable along with Attorney Driscoll. I highly recommend his law office! I was planning to file for divorce. I had a complicated case . I was very worried that I won’t find a good lawyer for my separation since my ex was giving so much hard time on everything. I’m soo glad we worked together since day one. He is a perfect man & attorney . He was there anytime when I needed him . Sometimes I had to call him after 11 pm and he always responded including weekends!! . He is very professional, knows what he is doing .He also have very strong team . He will get anything you want from court for sure and if it’s not realistic he will tell you upfront .
