Glenn F. Russell, Jr. is a consummate professional and knows the inner-workings of Securitized Mortgages, a.k.a. Mortgage Loan Trusts. Unfortunately, this topic has stumped the judicial system, whereas, Attorney Russell is able to convey the merits of his clients position on standing through the process of broken chain of title, fabricated documents and other nuances pertinent to each case. Attorney Russell's knowledge of real estate loan trusts is razor sharp, it is almost mind boggling how he understands securities law, trust law and ties it back to real estate possession and ownership. He is dedicated and takes his time to understand and deliver salient points of each case, which speaks to his level of commitment and the reasons he has set national legal precedent in two landmark Loan Trust cases U.S. Bank N.A. v. Ibanez and Wells Fargo Bank NA v. LaRace. I you need the BEST, look no further!

I feel that Daniel Hendrie is most upright regarding personal injury law. We belong to the same networking group & what sold me is he does not accept monies unless he wins your case for you. He not only is outstanding, but if it is a legal issue outside of his profession he will refer out to someone who is. He is upright, outstanding & will be there for those who have legitimate claims. He is smart & will do his homework for you.

Had to hound him & he does not answer emails. I got extremely frustrated because of how long this case took. I doubt he was even working on it when he was suppose too, only when I called him hundreds of times he did domething probably just to shut me up. If it was not going to cost me I would have fired him. Awful experience.

Too bad because Dan is a pretty nice guy. But when it comes to business, handing a case over to him will be the biggest mistake of your life. He does not keep you informed, most probably because he isn't doing anything with your case. I think he just sits back hoping it will settle by itself. I have too long a story to type here but our case settled in July of 2011 (happened in 2007) and we haven't been paid yet because of liens that don't even belong against the settlement. But Mr Hendrie has not done "ANYTHING" to resolve the problem. I am tired of making calls to settle this, because that is why we hired a lawyer. Sad part is my husband has done work for him!!!!!! So if he handles an acquaintance's case with absolutely no regard, I'm going to say the rest of you don't stand a chance!!!!!!! Incidentally today's date is February 5th, "2014"!!!!!!

I will highly recommend this lawyer to any accident victim, Dan is buy far the best attorney i had for these case's. He let's you know up front what he thinks about the case and truthfully fights for you with an iron fist.

Dan Hendrie caused my case to be closed by not submitting the proper paperwork on time then rahter than tell me, he continued to allow me to believe he was working on my behalf.
