After fighting with the VA over my disability rating for years I decided to have Attorney Hendrie advise me in my appeal. With her expert guidance and knowledge of the VA disability application process, I was finally awarded the 100 percent disability rating that I deserved due my injuries occurred while on active duty. I would recommend her to all my fellow veterans fighting through tough and indecipherable VA bureaucracy to get the rating they deserve.

Terrible Lawyer with Horrible advise that over charges. Rousseau MISSED deadline with EEOC almost causing me to forfeit case. Had me sign a sloppy hand written statement that she advised me on not taking an offer which was a total lie because I would refuse the offer. Later she claimed that she was going to Europe. I then got a lawyer that settled the case which Rousseau stated I was asking to much for. My Opinion is Rousseau is over charging lawyer that will not fight for your rights.
