A delivery truck on North Main missed a stop sign and plowed in the passenger side of my Toyota I was the only one in the car, but my whole body got snapped and my neck took the worse of it. I was hit by a delivery truck by a driver that was probably texting because he had drifted over the yellow line. Luckily for me the car behind the truck saw the whole thing and gave a statement to the police. I have a relative that used Brian Cunha for an accident they got hurt in and they said this lawyer knew his stuff. I did the free consultation and the attorney explained how the process of filing a claim works and basically told me how his office would handle the claim. I went with him and it was a good experience. There were no mess ups and they kept me informed of what was happening with the case. Brian did ask some questions that the police officer did not include in his report. He also followed up with the witness to get some additional information about my condition after the accident and the condition of the bike. This additional info turned out the really help me get a fair settlement. The staff was helpful and when I had a question for the attorney I got a call right back. I would use them again, but I hope I don't have to!

My car accident in Fall River was not black and white. The kid that hit me made up a story about the accident that put me at fault, even though I had been rear ended! The police report did not attribute all the blame on the accident to him. Attorney Cunha's team was able to use the photographs of the accident to show that the other driver was 100% at fault. Because of their tenacity in getting the photos and being able to recreate what happened my settlement from the insurance company was 50% more than it would have been.
