This guy is a legend and a rock star! I had the most complicated business bankruptcy (2015) and he stuck through the whole mess. Years later he helped tie up loose-ends, with ease, when closing on a new house.

The Law Office of Bucacci & Simonian Bankruptcy Attorney: Robert & his staff made our stress & worries over our debts, including a large sum to the IRS, disappear by the time we left his office on our 1st visit. They answered every question, no matter how ignorant we thought they were, as if they were important. And explained everything in the easiest terms. And for someone like me, who has to have visual instead of verbal stimuli, that in itself is amazing. The whole process from 1st visit was perfect.

I was terrified considering bankruptcy and put off making the first call for too long until my sister told me to call this lawyers office because she loves them. Everything negative that I heard about bankruptcy simply was not true at all like she said but I didn’t believe her. Robert took care of everything very quickly and with out judging. It’s the best thing I could have done at that point in my life and now I am moving forward and have my credit back. I really recommend Robert and his office. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend Attorney Bucacchi. I felt well taken care of and thoroughly and competently represented by him.
