Attorney Driscoll is best Divorce Lawyer he is really kind and understanding lawyer he explained really good I was all most giving up and so stress out on my case then I was serching online for Divorce case I searched about him when I spoke with him in first he was really nice and kind of person he told me that he can help me with my case and he did great job on my case .......finally I got done with my case and I'm really satisfied ......Thank you so so much Attorney Driscoll It was really pleasure to met you and thank you for everything .... Consult with Mr. Wilfred C. Driscoll, Jr. first! He is Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectful, Ethical, Reasonable, etc. I met Mr. Wilfred C. Driscoll, Jr. at his law office in Fall River, MA in Fall of 2017 to discuss details about my divorce case. He calmly and respectfully listened to the background of this case and then offered different solutions which were applicable, and lead to getting the divorce approved and legalized in the Family Court of Taunton, MA. Very professionally, he explained the fees which he will charge to handle the case, from start to finish. Like many other law firms, he has a written agreement which is to be reviewed and approved by his law firm and the prospective client, prior to the initiation of the case. Mr. Driscoll even went as far as explaining the process of filing for divorce, as it applied to my case, and equipped me with all the relevant information so that I could file the case by myself. I never felt pressured to hire this law firm, which speaks to the professionalism and experience of Mr. Driscoll’s career as an attorney. Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable, personable and truely cares about their clients. I could not have gone through my case without them. They knew what to say and what steps to take during the entire process. Before working with attorney Driscolls office I contacted multiple offices including his. His associate Laurie had contacted me and was very nice and helpful. After speaking with Laurie i told my fiance i know which office to hire if we needed one. I had some estate planning work that was more complicated than the simple boiler plate planning I have had done in the past. Will had great advice which made me change some of what I had him do and he was fast. Glad I was referred to him.

I think the courts are tilted against fathers in custody cases. If you have female judge start praying because you will need it. Fortunately, I did not have a female judge, but I did have an old time judge that I thought could hardly stay awake let alone understand that my Ex trying to keep me from seeing my kids on an equal time as she has is wrong. Thank God I had Driscoll on my side. He knew how to talk to the judge so that the judge saw what the other lawyer and my ex were trying to do to me. At the end of the day, I got equal visitation with my kids. It was not easy but Will got me what I needed.

Excellent Attorney. I have used him in a complex legal matter that involved one of my children, he came up with a plan that worked and all parties walked away in good legal shape. I have also referred him to others, in one case he was frank and referred the father having issues to another attorney who he felt was a better fit for his particular situation. A class guy, someone who can be trusted. BTW - in the course of our conversation he shared that he is an Eagle Scout. That tells you plenty.
