I HAD KRISTY AS MY MAIN CONTACT- I HAD A DOUBLE CLOSING . I MADE A REQUEST TO HAVE MY CLOSING COST AND MOVING EXPENSES WAVED FROM THE LENDER CROSS COUNTRY MORTAGE- SHE AGREED BUT DROPPED THE BALL WITH HER FRIEND KATHY VASEL- LONG STORY SHORT I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH BOTH KRISTY AND KATHY. THERE LACK OF CARE AND SERVICE COST ME ALOT OF MONEY WITH ALL THE BROKEN PROMISES .

New England Title was incredibly accommodating to us. Since we’re in the middle of a pandemic they sent a representative directly to our house and we’re even able to come 45 minutes early so I wouldn’t have to awkwardly sit with my ex husband and my new husband and baby and you can’t put a dollar amount on that!
10/10 would use them, again. There is nothing simple about refinancing... but New England Title made it simple for us and it is so appreciated!

I have to say that my refinancing was completely effortless. I was kept abreast every step of the way. I really thought it would be challenging with everything by way of emails and Doc Signing. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend New England Title and Escrow. Attorney John Molloy was very professional and explained every document I signed.
