Hugh Fitzpatrick and New England Title & Escrow services SAVED OUR BACON at a most crucial time in the home buying process! I was up against a deadline to review a Purchase & Sale agreement for an offer on a hot property, and was told that our local JAG office (I'm a military retiree) could look over the paperwork. Long story short, they were WAY out of their league and I was left with about five hours to a deadline and no attorney in my corner. I started frantically cold-calling closing attorney offices and thank GOODNESS I got hold of NET&E! I spoke to them at 11:30, emailed them the documents to review five minutes later, and was on the phone with Hugh by 12:30 looking over everything page by page. We caught a couple of small but very important things to modify, and got everything turned around to the sellers by the deadline.
