The part of the refinance done here went fine. The paperwork was accurate, the representative wAs prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. And she came to my home, which was really convenient.

It took almost a year until we were able to sell and close on our new home which was being built. Through it all, Kristy DeSisto and her staff took care of all our issues. We kept having delays in our closing date because of the builders and we could count on Kristy to take care of it all. Thank you Kristy and Sheena!

I do not ever leave reviews however for this company its the least I can do. I started a refi back in Feb 21 with my bank .. it has been nothing short of a horrible nightmare. I am ever so grateful for NE Title and their team. THEY made this process easier , quicker, cleaner, smoother. THEY apologized on behalf of the bank and its doing and even tried to assist on things that were not their doing . EVERY Rep I dealt with at NE Title was amazing, helpful & genuine !
