My mortgage company uses New England title to handle their closings. I never heard of them until I was contacted by them to schedule my closing. The people I spoke to were professional and courteous. They offered a quick closing and asked if they I wanted them to come to my house for the closing. We opted to go to the office in Tewksbury which was clean and they had precautions in place to deal with COVID. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

New England Title is the best. I’ve used them for a purchase transaction and most recently a refinance. Their fees are lower than most, the staff was friendly and helpful and they made the closing process a breeze. I’d highly recommend them for any type of real estate transaction

This was a totally smooth closing! Came right to our house, met us outside due to covid concerns, wore masks, and in a half an hour we were done! Highly recommend!

Refinanced our home and found our representative for closing to be quick responding, courteous, helpful and easy to understand whenever we had a question. It was a seamless transaction, so there isn't a lot to detail other than we are pleased and would definitely use them again!
