I was asked to post the following review for my mother in law..........Truth be told......After being paid a hefty fee, lawyer took seven months to get the job done. She had to call lawyer every week to remind him of what he was sappose to be doing. After seven months he asked for more money when he had told her the first fee would be the only fee. Not very expedient or professional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The lawyer that represented us from the Botelho group spoke of a very good plan to go into probate court, but fell very short of everything that he said he was going to do. Whether he was in over his head or completely lied to us and our family, we will never know. Every objective that we went into the probate with was not completed or fell very short of the objective he had told us, and he said this would be easy. There are even legal documents that are incomplete, because he refuses to answer any calls or email. Our family spoke to a criminal lawyer and showed him the paperwork, and he said we were very much misrepresented and just had a very poor lawyer to handle the probate. If you go with this law firm, you are seriously taking a chance to just donating your money to their expenses and salaries, without getting anything in return. Even the criminal lawyer said they're not very good. Wish I had known sooner, but we bought into his hype and lying when we first met for a consultation Correction and I'm sorry to do this here, my brother was the primary client, but your law firm added three other siblings to this case, my self included. I have signed two affidavits and a copy of court appointed conditions. I have also made payments to the primary account. Unfortunately, my brother had emailed and called by phone and has yet to receive a reply or call back. He spoke to the court appointed attorney who is involved and she told him information regarding the case. He has attempted to speak with his lawyer who refuses to contact him. I would also like some answers but my email goes unanswered. If my name isn't on any court documents, which I have signed, then please feel free to return my payments

This law firm misrepresented us and did not follow through on any of the information we gave them concerning our case! The judge did not see any of the affidavits 4 siblings wrote nor did the judge sign off on this case. At the evidencery hearing,the law firm settled without discussing it with our family! ! 11 thousand dollars later we have nothing but empty pockets and bad feelings towards the firm. When our lawyer found out a closing date for our Mother's house ,which was 1 week after our last court date,he settled so the firm could get paid at the closing! Nice! Seems it is all about money and deceit and dishonesty wins out! Many telephone calls to Joe Bothelo have gone unanswered! We are being ignored but the firm got paid in full!

Worst attorney in the area they didn't file my case dropped me as a client and stole my money not to mention they have only filed a couple cases in their careers referring to Joseph Botelho and Natalie Desroisers and they will tell you they've done hundreds. There fee is also $500 more than any other attorney in the area.Joseph Botelho had filed 40 bankruptcy cases as of 2014 and Natalie Desroisers has only been practicing a little over a year and filed 4 bankruptcy cases. When I asked them for a detailed bill they said they had 6 hours scanning my documents along with countless other discrepancies.I can also guarantee you that if you dig a little deeper you will find that the following reviews are fake and are only on here because of the bad review I left these people are crooks and liars.if you look at all the other Laywers in the area they have very few reviews and all of the sudden after I leave the first review they've ever had 14 more pop up out of nowhere and they're all 5 star reviews and all within one week.I am am going to the Bar Association and hopefully these people will learn that they can't lie cheat and steal.
