I cannot speak on behalf of Attorney Soprano or any other attorneys here; this review reflects the attitude of a certain staff member. The paralegal who fielded my call (and concern) was very curt, impatient, and borderline argumentative. I’ve never taken legal action against anyone before; I was calling for an initial (!) consultation to find out what to do. How am I supposed to know?? Maybe she was having a bad couple days (I talked to her twice), but she did not give a very good first impression of this business. I do know her name, but I’m choosing not to say it. She is a middle-aged woman. Although they said I could call back if I obtained the necessary documents, I’m all set. I found someone else, who isn’t rude and dismissive.

They where extremely helpful although I needed to do more work until they would be able to assist me. I look forward to working with them if needed.

Spoke with Ms Soprano. She was not able to help me, yet took the time to refer me to a very capable lawyer who could.

The Law Office of Juliane Soprano did an excellent job of representing me. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and fought for my benefits. I would recommend for anyone who needs help from caring and professional people.
