My initial meeting with Attorney Powderly was not under the best of circumstances as I had recently been charged with some very serious felony offenses and to put it honestly was scared and frightened as to what my future would hold. I was in a professional field and had made an terrible lapse in judgment that resulted in my detainment for charges of which Driving Under the Influence was the least of my worries.
