Rule of thumb never except rent from a tenant if you are trying to evict. This attorney had my friends except rent and put it under contract to open up loopholes so the tenant could file a stay of execution. If she had informed them to not except rent in the first place these loop holes wouldn't exist. She either really likes tenants or is going with who ever will make her more money. RIGGED SYSTEM!!!!!
