Phil is trustworthy, accurate, honest, and knowledgeable. He is given us wonderful service on two real estate deals as well as our estate and wills. He is a thoroughly decent man. His charges are fair and worth every dime.

Phil is such a wonderful lawyer. He knows so much about real estate law and small businesses and he spends the time to get to know you. I would highly recommend him!
