My wife and I worked with Rubenstein & Associates (Katelin Roche) on the sale of our home recently. Right from the start we knew we had found the right attorney; Katelin was kind, professional and courteous. We later found they were also very good at what they do. At first, our home sale seemed like a run-of-the-mill transaction. We soon realized that the buyers agent and attorney were either inexperienced, inattentive or a combination of the two. Despite these misgivings about our counterparties, Katelin remained patient and resolved to be even more communicative. We just closed this week and it is our belief that we would not have closed on schedule if not for Katelin’s professionalism and resolve.
