Very satisfied with our settlements. My husband and I were hit by a repeat drunk driver (why she was allowed to keep her license after 2 prior arrests is beyond me). We contacted the Salomone office initially because her insurance company wouldn't approve a rental and our car was totaled. From that first call, we were assigned Allison Tobias who is an absolute angel - responsive within hours, even minutes after contacting her. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our attorney, Andrew Silvia was able to settle our cases to our satisfaction before going to arbitration and always listened to our concerns. Thank you so much for all your help over the past (almost) 3 years. I will highly recommend you to friends and family.

My husband and I got in a really bad accident in 2018 completely totaling the car and both of us having severe injures. We contacted another law office thinking they would be our best bet to pursue a claim, they advised us to immediately start physical therapy and other services at a specific place, so we did so believing they had our best interest at heart. About six months or so into this we had noticed this law office had gotten absolutely no where with the claim and we were really unsatisfied with their representation so I decided to call Mark E Salomone; I had called around closing and figured I’d be leaving a message for someone to get back to me but instead got their incredible case administrator (Cyndi Holt) who was kind enough to stay after hours and take the time to listen to all the issues we had been having with this law office and also immediately let me know that the place we were sent to (by representation that we thought we could trust) for physical therapy and other out patient services is not covered by our insurance and that all of the bills from six months of visits there (3x a week no less) would be deducted from our settlement and that there were plenty of places we could of been sent that would of been covered. Before I hung up with Cyndi I decided that Mark E Salomone’s office would be a much better fit for me going forward with this and decided to have them take over. Also before ending the call my husband decided to also have MES take over for his claim. In the beginning of all this we were told the maximum policy was $50,000 (meaning the maximum amount we could receive in the settlement for both of us would be $50,000) but soon after having MES take over our representation they found out their was an additional $75,000 policy they could go after for me! We would of never known this if it wasn’t for MES. They have worked relentlessly with getting us the maximum possible payment, especially since we will both deal with our new injures for the rest of our life’s even after several surgeries myself. I honestly was shocked when they were even able to get me reimbursed for every item that was damaged in the car, even piercings that were pulled out of my face! Today we finally settled, we will be receiving the maximum claim along with the additional claim they went after on my behalf. I can’t talk highly of them enough and weather you’re looking for an accident lawyer in general or not happy with your current representation I seriously urge you to give MES a call. I feel like they have truly cared about us though this long and difficult process and kept us updated every step of the way. So happy I made the call that day and because of MES we can finally move on from this!

I was involved in a car/truck collision in May, 2019 in which case I was the plaintiff and the trucking company the defendant. I live in Maine and the collision took place in Bedford, MA. THE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE EVER!!! If I could give a million stars I would!!! Let me just say that this is the best law firm I have ever worked with. I was in a car accident when I was 4 month pregnant and hurt my back pretty good. When I called to seek help with Mark Salomone's office everyone was extremely helpful and sympathetic. The attorney's are great and will fight tooth an nail for you. They will not settle if they don't feel you are getting what you deserve. They are wonderful and know there stuff! I worked the most with Allison Tobias (hands down the best person EVER) Being pregnant I wasn't able to do a lot a treatment or MRI's or scans or anything so I had to wait until after I delivered my son to really get into what was causing the pain in my back. During my pregnancy Allison was there the INTIRE time. Emails, phone calls, checking in on doctor appointments, how I was feeling with my pain and how things were going with what little treatment I could do at the time. Allison made everything as easy as possible for me, she was personable and companionate and really made me feel like what I was going through was very important. Being pregnant it took my case about 2 and a half years to finish and Allison was there every step of the way. We shared stories about our families and children and vacations, you would think we were like Besties :-) I can't say enough good things about this firm.
