Ezra helped me with evaluation and negotiation of the contract for my first job after training. His advise provided incredible support and insurance that my contract protected my professional well being. Additionally, he encourage and justified the addition of financial bonuses to the contract. With his help I felt confident that I maximized the protection and benefits out of the contract.

Ezra was great - very responsive and worked with my crazy schedule to find times to talk. I was negotiating my first contract and Ezra took time to go through the contract step by step to point out what was normal and what wasn't. He also offered to negotiate with my employer on my behalf but encouraged me to do it on my own in order to start off my job on a more collaborative tone and even provided a script for me to use in negotiating. I assume he would have made a lot more money by doing the negotiating himself, but I really appreciated that he kept my best interest in mind. He came highly recommended and I have passed along that recommendation to others. I will most definitely call him again for my next job.

Ezra helped me with contract analysis / Severance agreement review. I would highly recommend him . He is knowledgeable and easy to talk too. The communication is clear and he is very prompt in replying to your questions. For contract analysis he was able to breakdown the language to help me understand the impact it might have. I was referred to Ezra from one of my future partners for help with my contract negotiation as she had been very happy with his work on her contract. He was very helpful in reviewing the contract and knowing where the company would negotiate a seemingly "boiler plate" contract. He was very thorough and his suggestions were spot on. I had the great fortune to discover Mr. Reinstein when searching for a lawyer to negotiate my second-ever physician contract with a large Boston medical center. He reviewed my 20-something page contract with me line-by-line, indicating every possible term, phrase, and section of the contract that could be used against me. Each of these numerous issues was individually negotiated by Mr. Reinstein, with significant favorable changes achieved for my position. In fact, when Mr. Reinstein first reviewed my contract, he found language that HE himself-years before-had urged the medical center to introduce into its physician contracts to create a more equitable document! Mr. Reinstein's knowledge and thoroughness are phenomenal. I have benefited using him with every contract negotiation I have pursued. It is only now, after working with Mr. Reinstein for the last 5 years, that I realize my negotiating my very first contract without his expertise was a fool's errand that could have cost me dearly!
