A change in my health caused me to be unable to work any longer and I didn't know where to turn. I contacted the Massachusetts CFIDS/ME & FM Association for advice and as well as other assistance they gave me, they referred me to Ms. Sullivan for representation with SSDI and Long Term disability insurance claims and appeals. At our meeting Kate immediately put me at ease. She clearly explained what my options were and answered all my questions. She introduced me to to her assistant Cori and we agreed on fees. She started work on my case. It can be a long and drawn out process with various "bumps in the road" but Ms. Sullivan reassured me and kept me informed throughout the entire journey.
