I was referred to Mr Lipton's firm after a bad experience with another lawyer. His legal assistants were pleasant, patient and responded to all enquires no matter how small. Mr Lipton pays attention to detail and was very helpful in breaking down and explaining intricate legal terms. Every email, call and fax from me was personally acknowledged, all meetings and appointments were on time. I could not be happier with how my case was managed. Highly recommend.

My husband and I hired Mr. Lipton as our Bankruptcy attorney. He was knowledgeable, capable, timely, and comforting throughout the process. Attorney Lipton has been very informative in helping me understand the bankruptcy laws. He's been right there every time I've contacted him, he reruns all emails with understanding and timeliness. Mr. Lipton was extremely helpful throughout my bankruptcy. From the very first phone call, he was patient and answered all my questions. After a questionable auto repossession Marques did a lot of work and managed to acquire a reasonable settlement from the bank and recovery agent. He was very patient with all of my questions and responds promptly to inquiries.
