There are situations in life we never expect to experience. I never thought I would become a whistleblower and I never expected the traditional reprisal that follows that left me in a financial chaos. It was a snowball from there. I literally went from teaching at Harvard Medical School to almost homeless. For the first time, my numbers didn’t add up. I fruitlessly tried hard to avoid bankruptcy for as long as I could.
