RIchard provided great advice on the risks and potential outcomes for filing a Lis Pendens action for a property purchase. When we decided to proceed, he quickly filed the case and met with the judge protecting our claim to the property. He then successfully negotiated with the sellers and our closing attorney to limit further expenses and delays. Throughout the process he made himself available for strategy, advice and general updates. We could n't be happier with services he provided.

After this experience I will never trust a lawyer again who claims something is legally required, but Richard will tell you what you really need and what you don't, and then he will make it happen. He is truly a rare find.
