We waste time and money hiring this attorney. Folks, my recommendation is! to be safe don't pay in advance, that was my mistake. Because she doesn't like to refund the money. after few months I have lost 50% my hard earned money and the case was still on her hands, she hadn't been done anything. anyway, I wasted and the most valuable time trusting to this attorney.... I have no words to type to how to describe how fool I feel.

Cherry is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She is very acomodating and flexible with appointment hours. Because of my profession I always had to make an appointment after regular business hours and everytime she was very cooperating. She answered all of my questions, very patient.i will recommend her.

First i and my family thank you so much for your help towards my immigration issues especially during this extremely tough era! Here goes my experience......... I applied for adjustment of status as my husband is a US citizen and i have a daughter born here, i was denied based on something regarding to my past marriage and asked to apply for a waiver.i was upset with my old lawyer because i felt if she put enough time into reviewing my applications she should have noticed this before the interview but she didn't! I then decided not to use her and after a long search through the internet i came across this wonderful lawyer. I was asked by the uscis to apply for a 1-601a waiver which in a lot of cases could be the most difficult thing to get approved- but to my shock attorney cheri went all out to put things together to get me through this huddle.i sincerely didnt know what to think at the time of filing for the waiver- i was just left with no option so i went ahead.She drove several miles to get letters from people and drove all my documents to the office to be sure it was submitted- she even paid on my behalf. Within 2weeks of my submission of the waiver- i now have my pr card with me...i am so happy. I feel so privileged to have such a detailed lawyer, and i am happy to be part of people recommending her if you ever feel the need to use a lawyer! Thank you for keeping family in one piece!!! She kept in constant contact throughout my case, which through her diligence resulted in a dismissal.
