I and my mom were hit by a car while we were walking on a walkcorss. We both were in hospital for a week. Attorney Mahaney was driving to our home to help us due to the inconvenience of our movements. He was very nice, professional, and sympathetic. During the process of our case, attorney Mahaney and his assistant were always there to answer my phones and update me the progress. And they negotiated the best possible for our situations. I would highly recommend Attorney Mahaney and Pappas for their professional, excellence, and efficiency!

I personally know Attorney Joe Mahaney and Attorney Chuck Pappas at Mahaney & Pappas, LLP and would highly recommend them to anyone who has either been injured in an accident or arrested or charged with a crime. These two guys are down to earth and very skilled and aggressive lawyers. Their clients come first and they fight hard for them. Since I assist them with investigations in a lot of their cases (both criminal and accident cases) I can vouch for these guys.

Attorney Pappas spent over a year working on my case. He always took my calls and kept me updated on the progress of my lawsuit. He answered any questions I ever had and when my case went to trial he explained what to expect. He did his job so well that a settlement was offered before the trial was over. Even then he argued for a higher amount and got it. He gave me his recommendation but left the final decision up to me. I took his advice and had a great out come.
